We are now asking for a 25% deposit of the quoted price to secure your booking.
When we started offering deep cleans in November last year, I didn’t feel it was necessary to take deposits. However, after several bookings were cancelled close to the scheduled date, I now feel it’s important to introduce this policy going forward.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to take on any large jobs over the summer holidays, as both Zoe and Shell will be balancing childcare commitments.
During this period, Zoe will continue with her regular cleaning rounds as normal, although some appointments may need to be slightly adjusted around childcare arrangements.
Everyone affected will, of course, be notified in advance of any changes 😊
