We're Hiring - Parts Sales Advisor

Mitchell Powersystems is looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

We're looking for someone with parts sales experience who can provide excellent customer service, prepare quotations, process orders and build strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing:
✔Identifying and supplying the correct parts
✔Preparing and following up quotations
✔Processing customer enquiries and orders
✔Supporting customers by phone and email
✔Working with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered on time

What we're looking for:
✔ Previous parts sales experience
✔ Great communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong IT and organisational skills
✔ A proactive and positive attitude

Today we say goodbye to Mandy as she begins her well-deserved retirement after an incredible 34 years and 6 months with the business.

As our Management Accountant, Mandy has been a constant presence for more than three decades, helping to shape the business with her knowledge, dedication and commitment.

But Mandy will be remembered for far more than just her work. As Caroline perfectly put it, "Not only was Mandy a vital part of the accounts team, she was the brightness in everyone's day with her daily singing and giggles."
It's hard to imagine the office without her, and she will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Thank you for everything, Mandy. We wish you a long, happy and thoroughly deserved retirement, with plenty of adventures ahead for you and your little puppy.

With the hot weather continuing, the teams across our warehouse, office and workshop enjoyed a welcome ice cream break today, kindly provided by management.

It's been a busy period, and with everyone working hard in the heat, the treat was a great opportunity to take a few minutes out, cool down and recharge before getting back to it.

A big thank you to management for the thoughtful gesture, and to all our team members for their continued hard work, dedication and commitment.
