WoW it's been a while since I've posted anything work related on here. Been so busy this year, thankfully to all my great customer base, I have built over the last 16yrs.

New things are happening and I'm just amazed how this business has turned out.
I can't mention names but I've managed to hit the superstar league of customers now in the most expensive houses in the UK 🇬🇧 Never thought it would ever get to this.
Not bad for a borrowed £30 setup ay! Determination and skillset is the breadwinner.

Here are some clips of some various jobs over this year (if you find this sort of thing interesting). None are superstar related as I wouldn't be able to post that sort of thing. Just the average country house type style job and trauma stuff. I promise there isn't too many for you to scroll through 😆.

I first contacted Sheen a few months ago when I was searching around for a company who could restore a large marble dining table for me.

I looked at a few national companies and then came across Sheen who are very local to us.

Firstly I liked their website as it made me feel that my table would be an individual project for them and that they would care about the job, unlike the national companies I contacted.
Anna and Adrian did not disappoint me.

Anna was very polite and professional when I dealt with her and obviously communication between her and Adrian was excellent.
Adrian went above and beyond my expectations.

He came around to visit us to look at the table and took great care to work out what he could do with the table and discussed that the table, which is full of fossils, is actually limestone.

Eventually the day arrived that Adrian was going to restore our table. He arrived on time, happy as always and helped us get the table outside to where he would work on it.
It was a hot day and although he had initially thought it would take him a couple of hours he was there all day.
He never complained or cut any corners what so ever on the detail as you knew he wanted to do a perfect job.

It was back breaking as the table has been placed on the ground but he did not rush a thing and took the time and patience to take it right back and then polish it up again.

He even did not complain when my dog stole his lunch! Adrian even helped us cover the table as it was due to rain and we were not able to get it back in doors until the next day. I cannot recommend Adrian and Anna and Sheen enough. You would be fools not to us them!

As a carpet cleaner, servicing the Gloucestershire area, stains do become a part of everyday life.

What some may panic or get frustrated with, is all in a day's work and "normal" for a true professional carpet cleaning company 😁

Always a pain trying to get decent after pictures with advanced stain removal on wool. Looks twenty times wetter in a photograph than it does to the human eye 😑

It's sad to say, and sometimes hard to feel that apart of my company does business from another's loss.

Whilst in reality, I am much more needed at a time of such tragedy🙏

Sometimes asking yourself:

☣️ Could you clean up a 3 week old decomposition?

☣️ How do I kill the bacteria?

☣️ Is this going to effect my mental well-being?

☣️ What do I do with all the waste?

☣️ Can I actually transport hazardous waste?

☣️ Will I be exposed to COVID-19?

It's alot of effort as you can see (and that's really only the tip of the iceberg).
Adding unwanted anxiety you really don't need.

For those reasons right there, are the true meaning for me to do business at such unfortunate times.
