✈️ TUESDAYS!! 3 SERVICES, 3 TUBS WITH MAJOR ISSUES! 🧽🔧

Talk about a frantic Tuesday! This was definitely not what we wanted the exact day before we jet off on holiday—but you know our motto: challenge accepted!

Even though every single job overran today, we put in the extra hours and left all three hot tubs in full operation. But this particular one was our absolute standout result of the day... 👇

🚨 The "Standard Service" That Wasn't...

We turned up for what was booked as a routine "service" and found a completely unusable hot tub. It was a absolute nightmare checklist:

Electrical Issues: Motherboard errors and components acting up.

Overheating: Dangerous temperature spikes.

Pumps Stuck On: Running continuously and burning out energy.

Structural Leaks: Active water loss.

Heavily Damaged: Acrylic top deeply scuffed and scratched.

Rusted Out & Filthy: Left sitting dirty for weeks before they booked us.

💡 Outside-The-Box Thinking (And A £1,000 Saving!)

Thanks to some creative engineering and a massive shout-out to Beth for providing some incredibly valuable technical info and backup, we did the impossible.

We managed to hand back a beautifully clean, fully operational hot tub without using a single new part! This saved the customer at least £1,000 on a replacement motherboard alone! 💰✨

That is the showroom officially looking pristine, the display ducks thoroughly entertained while they await their forever homes, and a fantastic lesson in helping out for my brilliant little trainee! ✨

We had a brilliant little helper on site today, learning the ropes and making sure our toolboxes were fully organized. Future hot tub technician /sales executive in the making, right here! 👶💪

☀️ Summer Holiday Survival:

The Apprentice: Keeping the kids entertained with some light "on-the-job" training.

The Tasks: Spanner checks, filter inspections, and testing out the cup holders. 🥤🎯

The Verdict: 10/10 for enthusiasm. Expecting a full uniform order by next week!

Getting them out in the fresh air and showing them how the business runs is what summer memories are all about. Watch out team, your jobs might be at risk in a few years! 🧽🌊

Since we are based right here in the Midlands, a sea view isn’t exactly a common sight for our team on a standard work day! 🚙💨

We had an absolute blast working on this stunning coastal property. After years of braving the harsh, salty sea air, the old hot tub cover and lifter had officially done their time. 💨🏖️

🛠️ The Coastal Upgrade:

The Challenge: Heavy, waterlogged old cover and a rusted, broken lifter from the sea atmosphere.

The Solution: Installed a brand-new, ultra-lightweight replacement cover and a smooth cover lifter.

The Result: Effortless, assisted lifting—making it absolutely perfect and safe for a busy rental and holiday home! 🏡🔑

A massive welcome to the Dodd family to our growing Wellness Hot Tub family! 🥳💦

The gorgeous St Tropez model was the absolute perfect choice for their garden space and specific wish list. To make things even better, the built-in Bluetooth music system came as a highly welcome surprise during the handover! 🎵✨

🏡 Future Luxury Retreat: This is going to look like an absolute paradise once all of their surrounding building work is fully completed. We already cannot wait to return and see the spectacular end result!

🦆 On a personal note: Our team was absolutely thrilled to meet yet another fellow duck enthusiast! We know our duck who is now called "Bollinger" is now in excellent hands. We really hope you go all-in and install a dedicated shelf for the ducks! 🤣🦆
