Talk about a transformation! We arrived at a completely non-operational spa and, in just over 2 hours, left it fully operational, deep cleaned, and 100% ready to go again. 🧼✨

It is amazing what you can achieve with a little bit of graft and the right expertise. 🦾💨🦆

Oh, and of course, the big rubber duck didn’t miss out on some well-deserved TLC either—we just had to give it a clean up while we were at it! 😂💦

This one isn’t likely to be beaten for some time! Left unloved for three months, completely untouched, frozen solid, and entirely out of action.

In just two and a half hours, our team got it fully operational using minimal parts, thoroughly flushed out, and sparkling clean. Swipe to check out the dramatic before-and-after pictures! 📸

💡 TIPS TUESDAY: Pre-dissolve your chemicals! 💡

We cannot stress this one enough: always pre-dissolve your spa chemicals in a bucket of warm water before adding them to your hot tub. 🧪💦

From time to time, we come across situations where a customer hasn’t followed this advice, and unfortunately, the damage has already been done.📸

Swipe to see the damage: This is a prime example of what happens when you throw chemicals directly into the water. Undissolved granules sink straight to the bottom, sitting concentrated on the shell. This can bleach, blister, and permanently damage the acrylic.It is such a shame to see a beautiful spa damaged by something so easily avoided!

How to do it right:

Fill a clean plastic bucket with warm spa water.

Measure your chemicals and add them to the water in the bucket (never water to chemicals!).

Stir well until completely dissolved.

Pour the liquid evenly around the spa with the pumps running.

Protect your investment and keep your warranty safe! 🙌
