Well, the first week of taking over has nearly finished and what a week it has been! I would like to personally thank everyone for the support in the hand over process and also Mikki for her help in the handing over. It is always difficult taking over a business and I wanted to add my own personal touch, this has been done with a logo with personal colours to myself and also with an extension of an Instagram page.
We will be expanding the team in the near future to cater to other areas but will keep you updated every step of the way.

E N D. OF. AN. ERA. But so proud of my Family Business 🥺
Wow, to say I’m overwhelmed would be an understatement.... from flowers & personalised vases, cards, bottle of bubbles, Gin, chocolates, and the kindest words from you all, not to mention the sweeties, chocolates and goodies for the mini’s too, this week has been an emotional Rollercoaster..!!
I started This journey so I could be a full time mummy and still earn a living... and just wow, to say I’m proud isn’t strong enough. Through blood, sweat, tears & super late nights, I have created this amazing little business from the ground up, starting from nothing to becoming my own little empire💞
I never thought I would see the day I would be upset about giving up the chore you all hate ‘Ironing’🤣 but it’s not just about the job, I have learnt that not only do I tick a chore off your list but I allow you to have family time, time to chill and relax. It’s been a H U G E part of my life and and experience I will Never forget!
I have made the most lovely friends and I will never be able to Thankyou all enough for supporting our little dream !
We survived a World Pandemic.... enough said ... without you guys there was no us !! Your all Amazing people, & I will miss you all so much !
From the very bottom of my heart and through teary eyes, I wish you all the very best and I’m sure I will see you all when I’m back to visit (once we are allowed too) you are some very special people. 🥺💞

So here goes, the last week with the Original The Lady And The Iron 💞
3 years and 1/2 years ago Mikki took the plunge and opened The Lady and The Iron to be able to be a stay at home Mummy to the first of the Mini Team, Amelia Joy. As the business grew and grew so did we then introducing Joshua to the team.
As most of you no, This week marks The last Week That Mikki & The Minis will be apart of TheLady And The Iron 🥺
As we prepare to hand our wonderful Family Business into the hands of another Lovely Lady, Kimberly, we have been looking back over the many memories, Fabulous work and friends we have made through our wonderful journey with great Pride.
We are so proud of what we have achieved and can’t Thankyou all enough for your support & Kindness 🥰 I mean come on, we survived a world Pandemic... Wow 🤩
We will look forwards to seeing you all this week to say our goodbyes as we go onto a new adventures. 💕
