Clarke's Clean portfolio extends beyond the normal domestic cleaning services. The package of services offered by Helping Hands is available to everybody in the community, offering domestic support and assistance within clients own homes to:

• Professional people out at work all day
• People convalescing following illness or operations
• New mums requiring some extra support during the first months following the “new arrival”
• Disabled people
• The Elderly

Whilst all our services are offered to the general public, we would highlight the fact that they have been deliberately tailored and adapted for the latter two groups. Both groups are particularly vulnerable and with the exception of personal care Helping Hands has put together a package of services that will enable a client to enjoy the comforts of their own home knowing that they can benefit a range of services and assistance from one service provider. Consistency, trust and continuity of care are of utmost importance to these groups. When a client instructs Clarke's to set up a domestic arrangement on a regular basis, the job is allocated to an employee who will be dedicated to that particular client; therefore the client has no need to worry about continually opening the door to a stranger. Their carer/cleaner becomes a key person in their lives so will know when anything is amiss sometimes before anybody else (this is not the case when different workers are sent in regularly). It is therefore possible to ensure that the right help is respectfully offered at the right time without total intrusion into independent lives,

Oh my days mad, busy but exciting 2weeks of work for us all!

We are Looking for reliable staff to do house & pet sitting. 2 weeks a month 1 week on, one week off over the spring & summer holidays. Must be reliable, trustworthy and have 4 character references as well as undergoing police checks. All expenses paid by us , house keeping experience an advantage! Excellent rates of pay! Another busy day with 3 new clients- caring and home helping!

Please don't forget to ask your provider if they have upto date references, police checks, correct motor insurance to cover carrying clients, carers insurance, liability insurance and up to date certificates in moving and handling, first aid, cross contamination, cleaning & house keeping, handling of medical waste, food hygiene as not many do! If they don't and there's an accident you are NOT covered! Be carful who you trust in your homes and with your loved ones.. It's not worth the risk!

We now have a brilliant new staff member on the books. Julie NVQ levels 1&2 in cleaning and house keeping. She is ready to start serving the people of Walton! If anyone would like a free quote then give us a call!

Well what a crazy few weeks we have had! More new clients and fantastic families this week and we are growing at a fabulous pace.
