Window Cleaning During Rainy Seasons 🌧️✨
*Rain Protocol:* 📅
If it’s a total washout on your scheduled day and the weather shows no signs of letting up, we will reschedule for the following day.
*On-Site Delays:* 🚐
If it starts pouring while we’re mid-clean, we’ll wait it out in the van for 15 minutes. If the clouds don't clear, we’ll pack up and return later that day or the next to finish the job to perfection!
*Operating Limits:* 🛡️
We work through light spray or mist, but we stop once conditions reach a certain level to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your service.

Rainwater itself does not make windows dirty—It is the combination of rain and debris. We clean your windows using filtered water (zero chemicals), leaving nothing behind for the rain and debris to "stick" to.
*What if it rains night/day after your clean?* 💧
DON'T WORRY! When rain water mixes with existing dust and pollen on the glass or accumulation over time, this results in imperfections on the glass. Since we leave your windows perfectly clean, the rain will just glide right off without a trace!

To keep our schedule moving for all our valued residential and commercial clients, we will only proceed with a clean during rain if we have already had two prior rescheduling attempts. This ensures we stay on track while respecting your preferences!
