ANNOUNCEMENT š£ š£š£
Good evening everyone!
Soā¦(not really sure how to word this but here goes)ā¦
After a lot of āummingā and arrhingā
Wondering, pondering, consideringā¦. Taylor-made detailing (TMD) is being scaled back considerably.
After 11 years building this business itās not a decision thatās been taken lightly I can assure you.
Things have changed in this industry, every man and his dog seem to set up and are experienced detailers these days, even though theyāve been set up for all of 5 minsā¦
which to be honest annoys me, especially when all they seem to do is copy everything I do but undercut you anywhere they can. Good luck to them š
Iāll see if they are still going after 11 yearsā¦
But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!
So TMS Motorcycles have basically given me a fantastic opportunity to be a full time part of the team, an opportunity that I wasnāt willing to ignore.
Iām already based there with the guys and work closely alongside them, so after a chat i accepted the offer of a full time position.
My role will be quite varied, from handling sales (when I learn computer systems š¤£) van driving/delivering, collecting, preparing used stock an more.
So itās exciting for myself to be part of a fantastic close knit team of guys, who share my passion for anything 2 wheeled!
What does this mean for TMDā¦.well itās not being completely closed down, Iāve worked far too hard building my reputation to just totally shut it down, so Iāll still be looking after many of my regulars, and still offering the service many of you know and love.
Although delivering and collecting wonāt be such a part of the service now.
Any detailing work will be carried out in my time when possible and will most likely take a couple of evenings to complete and that is after my TMS hours are complete.
Those already booked in are being rescheduled and moved to when I can fit them in.
This move will be a massive benefit to myself and my family and thatās all thatās important to me, hence the decision to take this opportunity.
I hope to see, speak to many of you soon and as always by all means nip for a brew If passing!
Finally Iād like to say a MAHOOOOOOSIVE THANK YOU, to all of my customers, new, old, regulars!
Iāve made many many friends over the years, and I appreciate every single one of you!
Ohh and a massive thanks to TMS motorcycles for this opportunityā¦.one things for sure Iāll put the effort in just like I have for myself.
