PRICES
Basic Upkeep £12 per hour
Deep Cleans £15 per hour

*Please note that if you have an appointment and I turn up and I am unable enter the property or I am turned away unless for an unforseen event or emergency, you will be charged the full amount for the time that was discussed prior to my visit. This does not include cancellation which should be done no less than 24 hours in advance.

DEEP CLEANS (a more extensive clean suitable for more of a build up or if you require a more in depth cleaning of your home)

Doors and door frames
Window frames (inside)
Cobwebs removed
Ceiling fans dusted or wiped
Blinds, curtain poles & window sills
Skirtingboards & rails
Radiators
Lamp & lampshades
Light switches & main touch points
Pictures & ornaments
All furniture (wood/glass/metal)
Top of refrigerator
Inside the fridge
Cupboard fronts and tops
Inside the kitchen cupboards and draws
Outside of all appliances
inside of the microwave
Stove top & backsplashes
Cooker hood
All sinks
Mirrors
Bath, shower, toilet and tiles
Bins & wastebaskets emptied
Beds made
Stairs (vacuumed)
Vacuum all carpets
All wet floor areas are brushed/ hoovered & then mopped (laminate/tile)

*Please note that I do NOT move furniture around, it is cleaned under and around to the highest possible standard. This is for my own heath and safety measures and to avoid any damages that may be caused such as the ripping of carpets and/or scratches made to flooring.

** Please be aware that deep cleans are priced at a higher rate than the standard upkeep.
