Rats, Mice and Squirrels:
Now the cold weather is with us and the food supplies are low rodents find our homes more inviting than ever, so check any places that would allow them access into your property and fix them asap to prevent an infestation.

Bird Feeders:
We all need to help the wildlife through the tough months but try not to over load any feeders and to have lots of loose seed laying around as this one of the most common reason to attract rodents into the area, try and use feeders that are rodent proof.
The first sign of any activity such as seeing a rodent, droppings or gnawing contact a professional to give advise.

Rat damage
Called out to treat for rats in a small terraced property. That had been treated for rats a few weeks prior by (unnamed pest control company) who didn't fully treat & survey the property also charged a lot for there services ? We soon had problem under control and advised customer on damage report. cables chewed in loft. Fire risk!
