***We are recruiting*** Stoke on Trent***£25, 865 basic

TLC is recruiting a Window Cleaning Operative who can drive a work van. You must be 21 or over for Insurance. The majority of work is offices, schools and hospitals.

No experience necessary, but you will need to be physically fit and happy to work outside in all weathers. There is some working away. On average working away 10 to 15 nights over year.

Must be reliable, trustworthy and an early riser as normal start time is between 5.30 & 6.30. Occasionally odd night work. In last 12 months this has equated to 3 nights.

Duties include but not limited to;
Cleaning windows, gutters, jet washing paths and driveways. We use pole fed systems and traditional method.
Cleaning gutters, flat roofs so must be comfortable with heights.
Must pass DBS Enhanced check.
Must hold full driving licence.
Happy to do IPAF training/First Aid training.

38 hours per week Monday to Friday, generally home by 3 on a Friday. Xmas bonus, paid overtime, 28 days holiday year, tools and transport provided. Potential for Saturday every couple of months.

We have a vacancy for a Commercial Window Cleaner, including gutters, jet washing paths etc. who can drive. Due to Insurance must be 21 or over.

The majority of work is commercial
Property, schools, hospitals & council buildings.

Previous experience is an advantage but will consider all applications, including those looking for part time work.

Must be physically fit and able to use a reach and wash pole systems. Must pass an enhanced DBS check. Must be willing to work away from home on occasion.

Pay is weekly with overtime paid monthly. Pay is above the national minimum wage. Pension & Christmas bonus.
