Our client is a Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning Specialist.
Essential requirements: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role and will have:
•B2B Sales experience – either in a Field based or Internal Sales role
•You must be able to demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner
•Have a good level of general Microsoft Office skills
•Able to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
•Be enthusiastic, determined, team player
•A Driver’s licence
This role will involve using a database, scheduling and making calls, collecting key sales information, qualifying customers and arranging meetings: Key Tasks include:
•Telephone Prospecting and recording all information and communications held.
•Field Prospecting – Cold Calling prospective customers and gaining key sales qualification information to gain further information to assist sales process.
•Managing all steps of the sales process, identifying customers specific needs and where we add value and selling and closing on those value-added services.
•Marketplace research – Using the internet and business networking tools to find new customers and develop contacts within existing customers.
•Submit sales orders to service team together with all other information required to enable a successful start to the contract.
•Record all communications and sales activity in database.
•Training will be delivered in the form of both professionally led classroom-based training and on the job coaching and development.
Salary/Package: £18,000K - £25,000K basic – depending on your level of experience. A realistic bonus and commission scheme, you can expect to earn £40k OTE, possibly more as these earnings are uncapped. The role also includes a company car and so a driving licence is essential. Laptop, phone and pension scheme.
This role would suit somebody with previous experience as: Field Sales, New Business Sales, B2B Sales, Internal Sales, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Telesales Representative, Telesales or Account Manager.
