Attended a residential property to investigate reported mouse activity inside the home. On arrival, we spoke with the homeowner who explained a mouse had been seen in the main bedroom before running into the adjacent bedroom.

During our inspection, gaps were found in the floorboards with visible mouse droppings present, confirming activity. We also identified uncovered air vents, which are a major entry point for mice, allowing access into cavity walls. Disturbed insulation was also found, further indicating rodent movement within the property.
