I'm pleased to post that my work is going to be resuming w/c 4th May.
I'd like to thank all my customers for their support during the last few weeks - you have all been extremely understanding and I really couldn't ask for better customers!
I would like to assure all my customers that when I do resume work, that I will be taking great care and the best interests of my customers will always be in mind during this ongoing crisis (having a wife who works on ITU makes me understand and appreciate how serious this virus situation is!). I will therefore be taking the following precautions:
i) Safe distances will be strictly observed, particularly whenever anyone at home is in the vicinity outside of their house
ii) Gate handles (or any surface that may be touched) at every home will be handled with disinfectant wipes to ensure no transfer of virus from one gate handle to another
iii) Any cash payments will be requested to be left in a safe place to avoid any contact - again, surfaces will be wiped in this instance
Additionally, when I send texts to my customers (the ones I send out the night prior to the day I call) I will be asking for you to let me know if you do not want me to call - I appreciate that there may be medical and/or financial reasons for this for some, and as always, I'll be as accommodating as I can.
Thank you for reading, thanks for your patience, and please just bear with me as I catch up with my rounds.
