Just a quick one... Going forward if your previous clean is not paid by the time I'm back to clean them again you will miss that clean, if its been 8 weeks because you have missed a month additional charges will apply that need to be paid up front if you want me to continue and by this i mean double or go find another window cleaner I dont mind holidays, landscape or building work thats within reason but No more can you just do this can you just do that if you want extra you pay for extra its as simple as that dont like it I've said it once ill say it again GO FIND ANOTHER WINDOW CLEANER I LITERALLY DO NOT GIVE A S**T obviously stockton again

Hi all,
This is a friendly reminder that my business provides an all year round service for everyone, this is not a dig at anyone in particular but a heads up of how I will run going forward.

I CAN'T keep customers on my round if,

⭕️ Gates are not open for access after I send a message to do so.
⭕️You cancel this month's clean once I have already turned up.
⭕️ You cancel multiple times in the year.
⭕️ I have to ask to be paid multiple times this is so frustrating. I don't mind sending reminders at the end of the week, that is fine just not 5/6 times over 3/4 weeks.

The reason for this update is because my rounds are near enough full and I'm trying to filter through all my jobs and make my work days more efficient, I can't run it smoothly with the set backs every day as it makes my work day short... at the same time I'm turning down potential customers daily as I don't have the space at that time. The service I provide is excellent quality and value for money I want the best for my business and for the customer, to do this I must make changes.

I'm more than fair with everyone, even with my prices, if you have a look at the average prices in our area I'm still beating them every year as I have been for the past 5 years running.
Thank you to all who help keep me going it's appreciated.

Just to keep everyone in the loop, i didn't work the majority of January this year so I'm behind on all jobs please be patient ill not be too long... also I'm implementing a price increase as of the 1st of April 2025... i will let everyone know individually over the next 2 months what's changed thanks

Payments made to my old account as of the end of December will not be accounted for, from my end it will still be a none payment and the balance will still be outstanding to reach the new details... I will provide them again here
