We are an Urmston based business that are looking for a handyman/maintenance team help us deliver part of a contract on smaller projects across the country. You will be mainly working on shopping centres/retail parks initially on a subcontract basis.

Scope of jobs will vary and might include anything from relaying trip hazards to small joinery and plastering jobs.

Ideally a the work would suit a multi skilled one/two man team that doesn't mind travelling and can do the work to a decent standard. We need someone who is professional and wants to get through the work.

We Are Looking for Subcontractors!

We are in need of skilled subcontractors to add to our approved subcontractors list to help support our maintenance division based in Manchester.

We work across the country providing facilities management support to clients including shopping centres, retail parks and office buildings and are need experienced businesses in all trades to help us maintain and improve our clients’ property portfolio.

Work Includes: Preventive and Reactive maintenance, repairs, facility upkeep and new projects.

Requirements: Proof of previous projects completed, valid PL and Employers Liability insurance, CSCS (although not crucial) and all relevant tickets to your specific trade.

Two of our maintainance teams out today the first in Scotland removing and replacing 10 public bins for a client on a retail park.

Team number two have undertaken the replacement of 48 light fixtures in office units in Ellesmere Port, uprading to LED.

Alongside our regular weekly and monthly cleans, this week the lads have been busy finsihing up some of the last cleans of 2024. This week we have completed Phase 2 brick cleaning at Manchester Royal, gutter clearances in Leeds, and a couple of out of hours cleans at a shopping centre.
