After taking on this large HMO property 2 years to this day!
I carried out an initial 20-hour deep clean to bring everything up to a high standard. Since then, regular maintenance cleaning have been key to keeping on top of it and ensuring the property remains clean, fresh, and welcoming for all tenants.

Today’s job included deep cleaning 2 vacant rooms and en-suites, along with the regular communal areas.

It’s not an easy job, and maintaining a large HMO takes consistency and hard work also having good communication with the landlord and property manager are just as important !
