I was called by a customer to provide a quote for cleaning and possibly repairing gutters that were overflowing in several areas. Upon inspection, I discovered the gutters were clogged with pine needles from a tree that had been trimmed last year. While I was assessing the guttering, the customer also requested a quote for cleaning the solar panels, which were covered in a noticeable layer of algae. After clearing the gutters and removing the downpipes, which were all blocked, it turned out no repair was necessary for the gutters, much to the customer’s satisfaction.

At a property this week to clean a balcony and wall that had been affected by pigeon guano. We safely removed the pigeon guano whilst using the correct chemical to neutralise any harmful bacteria, protecting the customer, public and ourselves. After winning a contract to clean the windows at a school for Hertfordshire County Council, I was asked to clean the fascia and soffits as a clean was well overdue. There was a build up of green algae but with the correct chemical it came up great, leaving it clean and shiny.

Carried out a full guttering clean, conservatory roof clean as well as all facias and soffits to this bungalow. It hadn’t been cleaned in a few years so once it was all cleaned it looked great and the customer was extremely pleased with the results. Now planning a return to clean the patio.

At a job this week cleaning the guttering out on a garage unit where the customer had gutter guards installed previously and ended up contributing to the guttering becoming blocked. We removed the guards and disposed of them at the customer's request, clearing the guttering including the downpipe bends to allow the flow of rainwater.

Cleaning some gutters this week on a three story property all from the safety of the ground using the gutter vacuum system. This means no use of ladders, eliminating risk to the property or myself.

Using either a fixed camera or drone we are able to confirm the gutters are clean and debris free.

Called to this job to remove the buildup of lime to the brickwork after a failed attempt by previous contractors. The client wasn't convinced at first that I could get the bricks looking like new again and was expecting to have some staining remain. they were extremely impressed with the finished result

At a property this week cleaning a crazy paving pathway to the front of the property, a block paved patio to the rear of the property and also taking the weeds out of the gravel driveway. There were a lot of weeds and moss in the block paved patio that had to be removed before and during the pressure washing there was no re-sanding required by the customer as the patio will be getting changed early next year they just wanted it cleaned up to enjoy this summer. The gravel driveway had to be raked back scraped and have a weedkiller applied then have all the gravel raked back over. Great customer and very happy with the finished results. Carried out some work on a patio where the customer wasn't happy with the joints between the slabs so much so he was thinking of changing the entire patio.
