Autumn 🍂 term is open for booking, secure your spot now.

👶 Learn a new skill with your child! This is a great bonding opportunity whilst learning valuable
signs to inspire communication and engagement.

👏 Join us in learning how to sign with your little one and what to look out for when they are
trying to communicate with you.

🎶 We explore signs and use them in songs and activities, helping you to understand and
find the confidence in using these signs with your little ones.

🍂 This autumn, we are offering classes for babies, toddlers and even for those who are already
talking! Signing really helps in supporting development of speech. It is never too late to get

Can I have another snack?! Who hears this 100 times a day? This was only an hour after breakfast 🤦‍♀️

My daughter now has the words to ask - does your baby/ toddler? Teach them bsl signs and they will have the tools to communicate with you before speech develops!

It was international self care day yesterday (24th July) A self-care day is a dedicated time to focus on your physical health, mental wellness, and emotional balance through simple restorative actions like resting, eating nourishing foods, and setting healthy boundaries.

In this spirit I booked my family into the crystal salt cave in Borehamwood today for an hours calm and respiratory health, we loved it.

Do something this week inspired by self care and look after yourself this summer holiday, it can be a wonderful but stressful time!
