C&T cleaning services

Hi all in need of some advice please.
I have got a client I have been cleaning for 2 years now. She has asked for a deep clean next month.
Do I charge normal rate or deep clean rate its a very old house 4 bed 3 bathrooms sitting room dinning room kitchen utility room down stairs toilet all over 3 floors.

I clean for this lady she is lovely I also clean her husbands office.
She asked this week if I could do a deep clean for her.
I have said yes but the question is do I keep her at the hourly rate or do I charge for a deep clean??
Many thanks for any advice.

Got asked today by a client that if I had a bit of spare time today please could I do some curtains as they have some cat hair on them.
