💡 Reminder: We’re self-employed and this is our only income. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled clean must still be paid.

As we move into the new year, I am delighted to announce that a limited number of new appointment slots are now available.

Availability is as follows:
• From Monday 12th January
• Monday afternoon – fortnightly availability
• From Wednesday 14th January
• Two × 2-hour slots – fortnightly availability
• From Thursday 22nd & 29th January
• Multiple monthly slots available

📅 Late Fee Policy
Late payment fees will apply after the first reminder for any outstanding invoices.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled clean will be charged the full amount, as there is not enough time to fill your slot and this is our only source of income.

⏱️ Extra Tasks
We are always happy to do extra jobs if additional time can be added to your booking to accommodate them.

🏡 Preparing Your Home for Cleaning
To help us clean to our highest standards, please make sure your home is as tidy as possible before we arrive.
We don’t mind doing dishes, but a week’s worth is not acceptable as we don’t have the time to handle that volume.
