A couple of pictures from today that remind me exactly why I love what I do 🥰

Picture 1 — Taking my client for his weekly shave. He looked so relaxed and refreshed, and if you peek in the mirror you can see my own happiness shining back. (Shaving foam 😂)

Picture 2 — One very large wardrobe declutter, and I couldn’t be prouder. My client made some incredibly tough decisions today and made real progress. These coat hangers are only half of what we sorted through! 🥰

Feeling grateful for the trust people place in me and the joy that comes from helping them move forward.

So happy to support another of my clients yesterday, every trip out helps him grow in trust and confidence. Colouring done after he enjoyed tucking into his Scampi & chips 🥰❤️👍

A brilliant day with my clients today: barbers, a warm drink in Wetherspoons, and lots of relaxed smiles while I whizzed around with the hoover. Feet up for them, hard work for me — but the sunshine made it all feel like a treat 🌞

I’m feeling really grateful for how HomeHelp by Tammie has grown over the past two months. I’ve met some truly lovely clients, and it’s a pleasure supporting them both at home and out in the community. Whether it’s light cleaning, helping with medication and lunchtime routines, or enjoying trips into town and visits to our local garden centres, it’s been a gentle and rewarding start.

And here’s a little hello from one of my clients, who I support each week with trips out and building his confidence ❤️
He enjoyed his fish & chips yesterday — and didn’t save me any 😂

It's National Hoarding Awareness Week.

Hoarding is not simply “mess”. It can be linked to complex mental health challenges, and labels can make it harder for people to ask for help.

This year’s campaign focuses on what standardised hoarding support should look like: better awareness, joined-up services, and practical help without judgement.
