As part of our ethos to provide the best customer support we provide a comprehensive annual service for your hot tub or swim spa to ensure it is kept in the best possible condition. During an annual service, which takes between 3-4 hours for a hot tub, our whirlpool bath trained engineer will carry out the following:

• A full operational check of the spa including jets, waterfall, lights etc
• Remove pillows and filters for cleaning
• Full clean of all sides of spa cover
• Adding a bio flush to the spa to circulate through the pipework for 40 minutes
• Drain down of the spa and vacuum out residual water
• A full clean of the shell and exterior of the spa
• Polish of the interior of the shell and inspection of jets and waterfall
• Remove panels to inspect internal pumps, electrical connections and pipework
• Full check of additional sanitiser (ClearRay, Ozonator etc)
• Check for leaks inside the spa
• Refill the spa with fresh water and refit panels, pillows and clean filters
• Test the water and tub operation

To ensure your tub is ready to go at a moments notice it is important to keep your water conditioned so check it regularly and have a good supply of products to hand. We stock both Chlorine and Bromine sanitiser as well as an Eco version, plus a range of products to keep the water clear and the PH and Alkalinity balanced. If your spa is positioned where it gets debris from trees or plants we have a Spa Vac which is ideal for removing all sorts of things that are either floating or at the bottom of the tub.
