BUTTERFLY LEGACY PROJECT�🦋 Supporting Our Community One Stitch at a Time 🦋
We’re pleased to be attending the Family Fun Day on Sunday 24th May at Hemmingford Pavilion — and we’d love to see all our local farming families and community there!
Come and visit the Butterfly Legacy Project stall for a range of handmade items, gifts, and crafts, all made with care and purpose.
💜 100% of our profits go back into helping others�🧵 We also sew and donate many items for the NHS and charities�🌱 We believe everyone should be able to afford a little something special, so we always try to keep our prices fair and affordable for all
Whether you’re popping by after the yard work, bringing the children for a fun day out, or just fancy a browse and a chat, your support means the world to us and helps us continue supporting people in need across our community.

Ok so a big ask but if anyone can add to their shopping list any of these items for our friends in Ukraine 🇺🇦 I want to do two shipments asap one to displaced people and to the soldiers out there

Toiletries for soldiers
Wet wipes (big help)
Roll on deodorant
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Dried fruit and nuts
Energy bars
Mattisons sausage or pepperoni
Any treats

We have purchased socks and pants from my supplier but anyone know of any army surplus supplies or has any uniform they would like to donate please let me know all of this will be going to the front line

MEDICAL SUPPLIES are most important
Tourniquet CAT are the best they don’t break when applied
Chest seal
Hemostatic bandages
Camouflage nets

But we also have a lot on our Amazon wish list which I will link in comments
If you need my address just message me.

Please please if you can spare anything it would all help it may save a life or lift the spirits of those fighting so hard I never thought 4yrs on we would still be asking but thank you for taking the time to read this please share if you can 😘🦋

Another one of the women’s refuges

All the mums have a message, we would like to thank you for making our children smile over the easter weekend. The kids loved the easter treats and we even managed to sneak a few bites as well!

A lovely post from the women’s refuge

The support given to a family from our refuge who were moving into the 'forever' home with finding furniture made their new start so much better. With the help given, Mum and her two little girls had beds to sleep in, a fully set up kitchen, and a sofa to enjoy family time. Setting up a new home is one the hardest and most stressful times for our ladies who often have to start with very little and we rely on the kindness from people such as yourselves. Your help made this family's move so much easier. Thank you!

Another thank you for Easter putting smiles on faces

The Easter hampers were such a wonderful and thoughtful gift for our families and children who were overjoyed.
One child said, "Thank you for the Easter hamper. It made our Easter fun!"
Another said, "I ate so much chocolate!"

A lovely thank you from a family we have been able to help recently and a thank you to the lady selling it for delivering it

I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to Jackie and the wider butterfly legacy project for helping me when my freezer unexpectedly broke and everything thawed out 😪 by supplying me and my family a new one, I can’t put into words how grateful we are 🤍 so thank you all for all that you do 🤍

A lovely thank you from the young care leavers that we managed to supply Easter eggs to this year thank you all 👏👏👏👏👏

I would like to extend our sincere thanks for your generous donation of beautifully presented Easter eggs to our young people. Your kindness and thoughtfulness have made a real difference, helping to bring a sense of celebration and joy to what can often be a challenging time for those within our service.

The young people were truly delighted, and your contribution helped create a warm and positive atmosphere within the centre over the Easter period. Gestures like yours not only provide treats but also remind our residents that they are supported and valued by the wider community.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and for thinking of us. We hope to continue building this positive relationship in the future.

We have managed to do little packs for over 150 children, young care leavers and the elderly so grateful to Tesco Express and Ives Co-op for collecting on our behalf as well.
