⭐️Cracking views over Fakenham this morning as 1 of my commercial clients having all carpets cleaned in their B&B ready for the Thursford Christmas spectacular rush⭐️

⭐️When 1 of my commercial clients calls and says "Andrew we've had some tennants leave a property they arranged their own carpet cleaning company to come in but the place still reeks of dog 🐕 , would you mind having a look" ⭐️

⭐️After a quick inspection looks like the edges weren't included in the price 🤣🤣"⭐️

⭐️Thought to myself they must have been cheap 🤔🤔⭐️

⭐️How wrong I was £120 🫪🫪 for this small room⭐️

"Drop them at mine ill do them tonight when I get home"

Still 22° outside and the Lowenbrau 🍺🍺 is sitting at a cool 3° would be rude not too .

⭐️Couple of weekend emergencies for the fantastic Norfolk Cottage Agency after guests had arrived and phoned the letting agent to complain the carpets were dirty⭐️

⭐️out on a Sunday to clean both meant happy guests and a happy agent after both holiday guests had contacted the agents thanking them for correcting their concerns to a high standard and swiftly⭐️
