December 1st 2025 . Sorry that this is the first update since I had to stop work on September 16th. I would like to thank Steven and Karen Nye for their work covering my customers.
Update on my knee situation. I am currently on the NHS waiting list to see the surgeon re my left knee. The right knee ( the new one) is still giving me issues, the surgeon doesn't want to see me until March , as it needs time to settle down. I clearly did too much in the first couple of months and shouldn't have returned to work so soon.
So realistically I am not expecting to return to work until late 2026 . I can do little jobs around the house but am conscious of the pain after a while, which I learned means STOP .
The weather has been dreadful since I stopped work.
Photos today are of rebar reindeer and horseshoes reindeer. Which i have made .

Weather this week is mainly dry . I think that we are far enough east to miss the heavy rain. We may receive some showers.
This week I and Oli should be in Hellesdon today and tomorrow, then Alysham for the remaining Three days.

Photos today are of my Boeing 747 seats . I have decided to sell them. They are great in a workshop, garage man/woman cave .

W/c 1st September 2025
The weather this week looks like a wet start to the week, however it should become warmer and drier towards the end of the week.
Work this week, today I am in Coltishall, Tuesday I am in the lovely !! City of London ( taking Oliver to the Greek embassy for a student visa) then working
Wednesday onwards Buxton and Hellesdon.
Photo this week is my chess board. For the past months I have been playing a long distance games with my brother who lives in Chessington Surrey. Frustratingly I taught him to play when we were children. He is currently beating me 6 games to 4 ( I lost the first 4 games in a row)

Weather:- A real change in the weather after the last few weeks, after a sunny Bank holiday weekend. RAIN tomorrow and for the remainder of the week. The gardens need it I hear you say.
Work this week. ( Weather depending!)
I will be in Swanington Tuesday, Felthorpe Wednesday, Buxton and Coltishall at the end of the week. Well that is the plan.
Knee update. It's been 3 months since I returned to work, 6 months since the operation. The knee is improving gradually, it's still giving me some pain, although the other knee is getting much worse. So I have an appointment in a couple of weeks with my doctor with a plan to start the long road to get it replaced.
Photo of the week is the view from my boat on Sunday. I was on the river Yare , 18 miles, I took my mate Colin out with me. It was a very pleasant journey.

Another dry week ( it's currently drizzling while I type this) the temperature is a little cooler than last week.

I apologise for not posting for the last couple of weeks, this was due to tech issues.

I will be working this week in Cawston, Booton,Brandiston and Eastgate all being well

A busy week, plus I have a visit to the dentist, accountant , van MOT plus a trip to see the Red Arrows at Cromer Wednesday. I am also still making my items for Cawston grow make and bake .

The weather this week looks the same as the last couple of weeks. CHANGEABLE!
After a wet week last week, with very little work completed. This week starts with me heading to London today, to take my son Oli to attend an interview at the Greek embassy for a visa to study in Greece.
I should be in Buxton, Coltishall followed by Hellesdon for the remaining days of the week.
Photos this week is of Proud parents of Maisie , we attended her graduation at Nottingham university last Wednesday, she is now a Doctor of Psychology. Well done Maze x
