After careful consideration and research, we are putting into place safety aspects to get us back to work after 3-week isolation.
Things that will change to our service, for the time being, will be -
No inside Cleans or rear of property cleans that require us to enter a property.
No Contact with our customers closer than 2 metres. Sorry guys no cuddles just yet 😁🤣😍
Cones will be placed around the work area to keep a 2-metre area of clearance.
Payment will need to be via bank transfer/go cardless.

We would just like to say to any of our customers if you do not wish to have a visit, we are more than happy to suspend your account until you are happy to proceed again.

We will also take no offence to customers keeping to the two-metre rule by running up the garden screaming, as no doubt Steve will be doing the same in the opposite direction! 🥰
We take THIS VERY SERIOUSLY (despite the little jokes), as we want this crazy, horrible, sad, depressing situation over with!

We have not taken this decision lightly in returning to work, we will constantly keep updating our rules, and making sure we are sticking to any government changes that may need to be applied.
