Team PN & BB started 2026 with a run/walk challenge supporting Royal Marsden with vital fundraising for a wonderful charity. Through the dark nights, rainy days, lunch breaks, streets of Liverpool & muddy trails, the team smashed their fundraising target and also some of us found our mojos again! 👏🏻….

🎅🏼 As the final bedding sets are peiced together, the last orders loaded onto our delivery vans and returned to our wonderful customers…. We wanted to wish you & your families a very Merry Christmas.

🤶🏻 Whilst the majority of the team take some time off over the next few days, we will be back open on Saturday 27th December for your laundry, dry cleaning and ironing needs you have before the New Year!

💦 small businesses helping small businesses! ❤️…

After Tuesday night’s torrential downpour, we came in to the café on Wednesday morning to find yet another flood, with water pouring through our ceiling.

Our lovely velvet cushions have all been whisked away by for a bit of TLC and the café is pretty much dried out now. We expect normal service to resume by this afternoon! Keep an eye on our stories for updates 👀

I thought that a photo of me mopping up the flood with one arm in a sling would make a great picture of the life of a small biz owner…but my hands were full. I know the other indie businesses among you will be able to empathise!

P.S. if anyone knows a good drain and gutter cleaning company we’d love to put them in touch with our landlord who hasn’t been able to find one themselves over the last five years 💦
