A nice little Mattress refresh in Southampton to start the week for one of our local air bnb customers. 🫧🫧

🚨 Emergency message received yesterday as one of the guests children had wet the bed🤦‍♂️
and new guests arriving this afternoon.

We presprayed the mattress using a urine neutraliser, Agitated and then extracted using a sanitiser, these techniques together remive the urine and leave the mattress fully sanitised and smelling as fresh as new 🫧🫧

Using our powerful dual vac industrial extraction machine the mattress was left with minimal moisture after the clean, but due to the tight window before the next guest was checking in, we used our air movers to finish the drying process off fully. 💨💨

Another week another astro turf clean completed on Wednesday thankfully🌤🌤

This customers was again fed up of the smell, with the family dog using the grass along with young children playing on it, they decided to get it cleaned.🫧🫧

Another week another Astro Turf clean 👌

This homeowner has 2 dogs and was fed up with the smell.coming of the grass when ever anyone walks on it, or just sitting out in the garden 😷

Urine neutralisation sprayed down and agitated into the fibres, to break up the dirt and urine crystals, followed by a full extraction 🧼

Without the extraction the dirt and urine is basically left in the fibres and will just crystallise again, resulting in the grass still smelling in the heat and when walked on🙈

We even managed to put the just down stripes in too 😳

Customer is very happy with the results, the lines and the lovely fresh smell now coming from the grass 🌱

👀 Out of all the water dumps we do, some you just know are going to be good 👍

We don't judge as we know there are lots of different factors into how dirty carpets get, yes you maybe horrified by the colour of the water, but believe me we have seen worse 😉

The downsides to a town house in my eyes 👀

🚨 Kitchen is on the ground floor, living room etc on first floor and possibly additional bedrooms on the top floor 🟰 more stairs to climb and take your drinks up without spilling (other layouts possible, however drinks inevitably end up going upstairs)🤞🤞

☕️☕️ Coffee stain removal carried out in Whiteley today following the customer having a little trip on the stairs 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This had been left for a number of weeks before we got contacted. This delay in contacting us resulted in the coffee permanently staining the backing of the carpet, this is the shading you can still see around the very edge. All residues of the coffee was successfully removed from the carpet fibres👍
