Yes thats right November it was the end but I'm going to have this business back out and giving the perfect window clean like it used to!

Please let me advise due to a personal on going matter and with the need to replace some equipment and sort another vehicle this isn't going to be a over night turn around!

Im looking to be back out and offering by middle of.July once things are resolved!

I have also had to change my phone number so please discard of my old number as I no longer have use or access to!!

I will contact every customer off my new number from the number I have for them on my data base.

This post Iā€™m writing I never in my life thought when this took off way it did Iā€™d ever have to write this post! But life ainā€™t all easy!

So this post it actually destroys me to write this but I have to let everyone know! As we saw work and business was going well! But over night everything changed! It went from being able to give me the life I dreamed of always having thanks to all my customers and commercial contracts! But that dream has come to an end for 18 months Iā€™ve given this my absolute everything! Like for people who donā€™t know what itā€™s like to try run a business especially with no financial investmentā€™s or massive bank loans itā€™s not easy!

Iā€™m not a person to sugar coat anything or even bu****it my customers or lie ā€¦ so running a business is stressful chuck a wobbly mental health in there with it and added stress I turned myself into a time bomb!!

The sleepless nights of at start of the business when the outgoings were bigger than the income!

To every family member! Friend! All of you that have supported me bailed me out and helped me I will forever owe you!

To the customers who became friends to all my customers actually thank you for being one reasons I could live my dream for the time I got to!

Iā€™ve learned a lot this year and parts of last this year!

I will be back in the new year I will try again and I will do things a lot different to how they was done! For now Iā€™m going to take sometimes to myself sort this mess Iā€™ve left myself in!

I will make personal contact with customers who have pre paid over the comings weeks to issue refunds at moment I have a locked bank account with nothing can be done!

But for now itā€™s my birthday Friday! Iā€™m going try to enjoy it and smile and not beat myself up for failing and doing stupid mistakes along the way!

To all my customers I hope to see most of you again in the new year! To customers who will move on thank you and wish you nothing but health and happiness!

The Dream that became my Reality is already now a year old the business has made it to the first full year! But not without the support from the number of people I have had! Itā€™s not been an easy one few very touch and goes as if I could keep it going but we have and we still are and we will get bigger! To my family to my friends and my customers THANK YOU without any of you I wouldnā€™t be writing this! To anyone wanting to do a business itā€™s not all about early finishes and freedom! Add sleepless nights stress breakdowns and even sometimes absolute gutter broke! But if it was easy weā€™d all do it!

Feedback is better than anything else not for the benefit of my customer data base getting bigger more for the fact of the work appreciated. Customers lights and boards were covered in spider webs and could see cob webs hanging from the lights at Night but I made sure we resolved this!

Update to residential work I am slowly making my way through Iā€™ve had to do few equipment alterations and has caused van to sometimes be off the road! I am extremely busy and will make sure Iā€™m back on track and all windows are cleaned again soon as possible I really do appreciate the patience!
