The booking system is currently down so there will be no updates getting through.

All visits are going ahead as per the usual set up.

I will be in the office Wednesday and Thursday on Admin duties, and all emails will be answered accordingly in line with their date and time received.

Some Commercial clients still have outstanding balances.
Please be aware of our terms and conditions as I do not have the time to chase these down, neither do I enjoy doing so.

You never quite know what you will encounter in a client home...Even if that home is a regular part of your routine ...

A very different day for us today as I had to respond to a staff phone call with some very quick thinking

Would you know the right thing to do if someone was dealing with a wasp sting ?

2 very quick actions are needed to reduce swelling, and remove as much venom as possible immediately

1) Ice - I asked the staff to go to the freezer and look for anything suitable to place on the affected area

2) Vinegar - Just normal every day vinegar will do...
Placed upon a clean and dry cloth and placed directly on the affected area

You can also use any of the following items that are commonly found in any home

Apple Cider Vinegar
Baking Soda
Garlic
Lemon Juice
Onion
Salt

Panic over and normal service resumed
