Customer reported water pouring over the gutters with the last bit of rain we had 🌧. Luckily for them, we have a top of the range inspection camera to have a look at what's going on up there.

Downpipe blocked.. Gutter clearance booked.. 👌

Back to school... 👩‍🏫

Some people are counting the days down for the kids to go back to school, I honestly enjoy having them with me through summer, the random chat, the positivity, and the bonding time with my favourite people.. Love it 👌

Little bit of pocket money earned, and hopefully a good future work ethic created..

Once again, thank you to all who donated. 🙂

- HOSEPIPE BAN - 💦💧🚿🚱

I have had a couple of questions today regarding the intended hosepipe ban from Anglian Water starting at 1am tomorrow... Firstly, as a commercial water user, window cleaning is still allowed to legally commence. 👍

However secondly, on a side note, how a country surrounded by water, that rains 70% of the time, somehow has a shortage of water after 3 warm weeks.... Baffles me.. 🤷‍♂️

Yet i'm confident we shall not see a reduction on the water bills to compensate for this "ban".. 🙄

But, for those of you who break this rule, there is a £1000 fine waiting. 🫵.... Assuming they need it to pay for their illegal dumping of sewerage.. 😝🤣

Snowdon, Done. ⛰️💪🏼 Thank you to all who gave money to support the EAAA on our behalf. £274 raised for an amazing cause.

We took the PYG route up, and the Minors Track back down, with some very rocky climbs, with lots of slippy bits on the way. The Summit.... Well, we got 40mph winds, 2 degrees C and soaked... 🤣🤣 But... Bloody enjoyed it!!

**For my GoCardless customers.**
(Thats 95% of you 🫵)

Unknown to myself, there have apparently been a few issues regarding emails from Gocardless. If you have been affected in the last few weeks, and haven't received your payment emails, I apologise.

Apparently they should be rectifying it.

Please make note, payments have been made and received. So please don't think they're charging you again.

This however, may explain why this month i have had more failed payments than usual. 😬

Thank you
Daniel
