Another job completed in Bury St Edmunds today – this customer called me out because all three downpipes had become blocked.
Interestingly, the gutters weren't overly full and the roof had very little moss, but the customer mentioned they'd seen birds around the gutters. It's likely that nesting material and other debris from the birds had gradually worked its way into the downpipes, causing the blockages.
Everything has now been cleared, and the gutters and downpipes are flowing freely again. 👍
