Another blocked sink now flowing!

Hard fat and hair removed, another subcontractor was unable to fix this issue, we was in and out within 1.5hrs.

A blocked sink waste cleared with our specialised flexshaft tool, this customer thought that a wall where all there pipe work ran to would need to be pulled apart to clear this blockage, this was not the case, we just find a suitable entry point for a our tool for it to snake down pipe and clear the issue.

Today we did cctv survey and clean at this property due to foul smells, here is some footage of our high pressure jet at work flushing the pipe for anyone who is interested, jetting and filming with a phone is harder than I thought lol.

This gulley pot had not been opened for more than 15 years or possibly longer and was causing flooding in a car park, it had seized in place, the owner was unable to open this to do any maintenance, Eo drain and sewer services attended, opened and removed a black bin liner full of silt and mud, (pictures dont do it justice, we should of got more but didn't as we was so focused on the job in hand at the time), once the outlet was located we found it was full of mud/silt and tree roots, we cut out as much root as possible with our specialised flexshaft cutting tool and restored a partial flow however more time was needed for further root removal maintenance, the customer at the time was concerned about costs to complete the works so was advised to go through their insurance.

Here at Eo drain and sewer services, we dont just provide a service but we do try to advise on the most cost effective way of completing a job.
