Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your cleaning appointment with us please give more than 24hrs notice to ensure you will not be charged for the slot.

When slots are missed or cancelled within 24hrs a 50% charge will apply.

We are aware of circumstances when a cancellation is unavoidable and can make occasional exceptions.

Hi Everyone 😁

Well...after the announcement from Boris tonight we are pleased to let all our customers know that as of the 8th March we will be back at work 🎉🥳🙌
With the reopening of schools and the transmission rate finally coming down, we feel now is the time to return to work.
Obviously we still need to be very cautious with this virus and will continue to wear masks and gloves while in your property.
Over the next few days we will be in contact with all of our customers to see if you would like us to return 😊

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their understanding during the situation we found ourselves in after only just starting up. It is not a predicament we ever thought we would find ourselves in & hopefully won't again....fingers crossed 🤞🤞

Hi everyone,

First of all we hope you are all keeping safe and well!

We would just like to reassure our customers that we are still here 😊 we have not gone anywhere!

We're guessing that most of you have been keeping up to date with the ongoing coronavirus situation. We (along with the majority of the country) are still concerned with the amount of cases that are still being diagnosed and the schools still being closed.

When we started this business at the end of August last year we never for one second thought we would end up in another lockdown 😔

With the schools still being closed we unfortunately have no childcare for our children and we are unable to bring anyone in to look after them due to the virus. We are very much hoping that primary schools are going to be included in the phased return of schools from the 8th March. Please understand that this is not a situation we want or ever thought we would be in - like every other self employed person - if we don't work, we don't earn 😔
However our families and your safety are our top priority. As soon as the restrictions for schools are lifted and the the amount of diagnosed cases has lowered we will be back.

We appreciate that this is not ideal so if there is anything you wish to discuss please message us and we will be happy to help.

🎉🎊 Due to the spread of this horrible virus, the shutting of schools & the government announcement that the country is going back into lockdown from tonight, we as a company have taken the decision to stop work until things have eased! We want you to know that this decision was not taken lightly & we certainly do not want to let any of our clients down, however we feel that things are progressing in the wrong direction with this virus & do not want to put any of our clients at risk!! Your safety is our top priority.

Once things have eased & we feel it is safe to enter your homes again we will of course start work again. We will be in touch with all our clients over the coming days /weeks to update everyone 🎊🎉

🎉🎊 with Lincolnshire going into tier 4 from midnight tonight...we just wanted to reassure our clients that we are STILL allowed to work & will be back at work from Monday (4th Jan) as normal 😊 we will of course be wearing gloves & masks at all times when in your homes!!
As said before...we want you to feel safe with us in your home so please dont hesitate to contact us if you have any questions 🎊🎉
