Please make sure you’re putting your bins out the night before . Early start for the grafting bin men this week ❤️

🥵 Due to the forecast of high to extreme temperatures, our bin crews will be starting collections an hour earlier from 5am all this week.

Working in extreme heat is physically more demanding so starting when the temperatures are cooler will help reduce the risk of crews experiencing heat related health issues.

🥾 Did you know they walk up to 12 miles and move around 20 tonnes of rubbish each a day?

🕔 We are asking residents to please put bins out by 5am and make sure vehicles aren’t blocking access for the wagons.

Please be the 'binfluencer' on your street and put your bin out early!

Unfortunately we are a van down at the moment. One of our vans gave up on us yesterday evening, we’ve had it recovered to a garage but won’t be looked at till Monday. Hopefully it’s a quick fix but not looking likely. Apologises in advance for any delays to our services but all bins will be cleaned next week at some point 👍🏻

Good evening, just a polite notice/warning, Brads Mrs is due on the 12th of may, so obviously there maybe some disruption to our service when the baby arrives. Usually we like to be prepared and informative but as you’ll all know babies come when they want😂 so apologies in advance. We will inform customers affected as soon as we know, sorry if it’s a last minute message but I’m sure you will all understand. Any bin day changes or refunds will be done also so don’t worry. Thank you all.

Good morning all, we are working as usual today and Monday, so please keep your bins out or inform us if you are away and your bins are full. We do charge if we turn up and the bins haven’t been put out for collection. We will work around the usual Calderdale bin changes next week doing bins the day after their usual collection day inline with the council collection policy on bank holiday weeks. All other areas is business as usual.
