✨ I still can’t quite believe I’m writing this… ✨
Hi everyone, I wanted to share some amazing news with my friends, family and clients.
After sharing that Little Spanish Deliveries has been named a finalist for Best Family Business at the UK Small Business Awards 2026, I also found out that I’ve been named a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year. 🏆 Last year I was also a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 and was awarded Highly Recommended in that category.
Honestly, it feels surreal.
When I started my first business, I never imagined that one day I would be recognised at a national awards level. Like many small business owners, I started with a dream, determination, and absolutely no guarantee that any of it would work.
Over the last few years, I’ve balanced running businesses, managing complex health conditions and disabilities, navigating the challenges that come with them, working long hours, supporting charities close to my heart, and building a life with Bradley as we prepare for our wedding in 2027.
There have been days where I’ve questioned myself, days where I’ve been exhausted, days where my health has made everything feel ten times harder, and days where I’ve wondered whether I was doing enough.
But through it all, I’ve kept going.
Not because it’s been easy, but because I genuinely love what I do.
From building websites with no clue where to start, to sourcing stock, packing orders, delivering products, helping customers, supporting charities, and growing Little Spanish Deliveries from scratch with Bradley, every achievement has come from hard work, sacrifice, and a lot of determination.
Being recognised as a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year means more to me than I can put into words. Not because of the title, but because it represents the journey behind it.
I am so grateful to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, placed an order, shared a post, recommended my businesses, volunteered alongside me, or simply encouraged me when things felt difficult.
Most importantly, thank you to Bradley. None of this would be possible without your support, encouragement, and willingness to chase these dreams alongside me.
To now be part of a business that is a finalist for Best Family Business, whilst also being recognised individually as a Female Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, is something I am incredibly proud of.
No matter what happens next, I already feel like a winner.
Thank you for being part of this journey. 💙
