Customer called kitchen gully overflowing with water. Located a downstream buried manhole cover and carried out a extensive line clean to remove heavy fat and pea shingle from the line.

Severe external flooding to properties including gardens and garages customers where told minimum 48 hours responds time which would of caused substantial damage to the properties but one phone call to us and we soon had the job completed and a very happy road full of customers back to normal once again.
