Full Time/ Part Time positions available.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate. We do require the successful applicant to drive as this will be a crucial part of the job. The role is generally working outdoors cleaning external areas for both domestic and commercial clients.

Full Time hours up to 40 per week

Part Time hours up to 21 per week

Starting wage above £ National Minimum, company pension scheme and bonuses available.

Work to be carried out (Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm )

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1) Good communication skills, as you will be the front line to new and existing clients.

2) Practical Knowledge of cleaning is advantageous, full training will be given.

3) Ability to quickly assimilate new procedures and working methods.

4) Good organisational skills.

5) Excellent customer service skills

6) Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve.

7) Ability to work well as part of a team aswell as on your own.

8) Be physically fit and able to carry up to 20kgs i.e ladders.

9) Knowledge of health and safety requirements and responsibilities.

10) Clean drivers licence.

12) Attention to detail is a must. High quality and swift paced work will be key to the successful applicant.
