🚨 SAFETY ALERT 🚨

Over the last 24 hours we have seen a number of people excited about fallen trees as they want to use them as fire wood.

One word of advice = DON’T!!!!

Unless you are able to dry it out and season it appropriately! It may seem like a cost cutting exercise, but you are putting yourself and your home at risk!

Fallen tree = Damp wood
Damp wood = Tarry deposits
Tarry deposits = Blockages and an increased risk of chimney fire 🔥

Be safe!
Use the correct fuel, make sure it’s dry and seasoned and don’t forget regular chimney maintenance.

What a lovely day for a wedding!
Our Lucky Sweep, Matt, has been at the beautiful St. Eatas church in Atcham today to bring an extra bit of to the gorgeous Bride Gemma and her dashing husband Rob.
