Today we want to give some well-deserved recognition to Caz for always going the extra mile. ❤️

One of the lovely ladies Caz visits has been away for a little while, and while she was away, Caz didn’t just carry on as normal—she noticed a few things that needed doing, sorted them out, and even bought her a brand-new shoe rack, simply out of the kindness of her heart.

It’s these thoughtful little acts that make such a big difference and show the true compassion that Caz brings every single day.

Thank you, Caz, for your kindness, dedication, and for always caring so much. Keep being you—we’re so proud to have you as part of our team! 💙👏

Mould loves damp, warm spaces—but you can stop it before it starts!

💨 Open your windows for 10–15 minutes every day.
🚿 Use extractor fans after showering or cooking.
💧 Wipe away condensation from windows and sills.
👕 Avoid drying clothes indoors if possible.
🌡️ Keep your home warm with a steady temperature.
🛠️ Report or fix leaks quickly before they become a bigger problem.
🪑 Leave a small gap behind furniture to help air circulate.

Last week we had the best visitor at the office… someone who came in for plenty of cuddles! 🐶❤️

My goodness me, what a difference one furry friend can make. He brightened everyone’s day with his wagging tail, happy face, and endless affection. It’s amazing how a few cuddles from a dog can bring so many smiles!

So, here’s a question for you…

Charlotte’s been busy giving all of her children’s soft toys a well-deserved freshen-up! 🧼💕

There’s nothing better than seeing them come out of the wash looking brighter, feeling softer, and smelling absolutely lovely. It’s amazing what a good clean can do to bring those well-loved cuddly friends back to life!

A simple job that makes a big difference—and one that puts a smile on Charlotte’s face every time. 😊
