If you're feeling unwell—experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or a stomach bug—please cancel your clean in advance.

For the health and safety of myself and others, if we arrive and find that a customer is visibly unwell, the clean will be terminated immediately, and full payment will still be required.

Additionally, as we transition back to our regular schedule after the holiday season, please note that due to high demand, we can only accommodate our usual cleaning services unless extras are booked in advance.

We kindly remind all customers that if anyone in your household has a cold, tummy bug, or similar illness—regardless of whether they are at the property during cleaning—it's essential to cancel your cleaning appointment. We serve many vulnerable customers, and even minor illnesses can pose serious risks. If we arrive for a cleaning and are not informed of any illnesses, the full cleaning charge will apply, and the appointment will be canceled.
