Dear Customers,

Although the temperatures have started to decrease, the weather is still very warm, and our cleaners are continuing to find it challenging to complete cleans at their usual pace due to the physical demands of their work.

Our team cleans several homes each day, and the nature of the job is extremely physical. To help us protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our cleaners, we kindly ask for your support by:

* Leaving windows open where possible to improve airflow.
* Keeping curtains or blinds closed to help keep rooms cool.
* Leaving any fans out for your cleaner to use, if available.
* Avoiding any additional cleaning tasks outside of your regular clean during this period.

Please be aware that your cleaner may need to take a short break to rehydrate if necessary. If conditions in a particular room become too hot to work safely, that room may be left until the next visit. If there are specific rooms or areas you would like your cleaner to prioritise, please let them know at the beginning of the clean.

The health and safety of our team will always come first. These temporary measures allow us to continue providing the best possible service while ensuring our cleaners remain safe during the warmer weather.
