🚨 WE’RE HIRING – MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Due to the continued growth of Smart Auto Spa, we’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team and help maintain our expanding network of premium self-service car wash sites across Dorset and Somerset.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a motivated, practical person who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems and takes genuine pride in their work.
If you enjoy variety, travelling between sites and tackling everyday maintenance tasks, this could be the perfect role for you.
No two days are the same. You’ll be working across multiple Smart Auto Spa locations, carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, routine servicing and helping keep our premium facilities operating to the highest standard.
The role includes inspecting equipment, replacing consumable parts, carrying out routine servicing, checking pumps and plumbing systems, maintaining vacuum equipment, and carrying out general site maintenance and housekeeping to ensure every Smart Auto Spa site remains clean, safe and operating to the highest standard.
You don’t need previous car wash experience – full training will be provided.
Previous experience in mechanical, plumbing, engineering, vehicle maintenance or similar hands-on maintenance roles would be an advantage.
Whether you’ve worked as a mechanic, plumber, maintenance operative, fitter, agricultural engineer or in another practical hands-on role, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who’s practical, reliable, confident using everyday hand tools, takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently while maintaining high standards.
