🚧 Three days. A full programme of 15 apartments and 4 floors of communal areas. And a team moving slightly faster than the programme…

Last week, our full team headed from Sheffield to Newmarket for three days of intensive construction cleaning across a large residential development.
Working through the apartments from builders clean to re-clean and towards final sparkle, the aim was to move each space as close to handover standard as the construction programme allowed.

There was just one slight challenge…
In a few areas, we were working ahead of the remaining trades as the programme was still catching up.
A good position to be in on a project of this scale.

The team made fantastic progress across the three days, and we'll be heading back to Newmarket to complete the remaining works once the final trades have done their bit.

For now, the before and afters speak for themselves — and we're looking forward to finishing what we started.

🚧 New client. New project. Same focus on protection.

Last week, our team was back in Stockport for a full day installing specialist window protection across all available glazing on site.

Applied directly to the glass, our peelable protective coating creates a temporary barrier during construction, helping safeguard glazing against scratches, mortar, paint, plaster and the general impact of ongoing works.

As the development continues to progress, so will we. We'll be returning to site to protect the remaining windows as they become available.

It's great to be building a relationship with another new IPAC client and supporting the project through its different stages.

🧼 Sometimes, one image says it all.

Our team has been carrying out specialist deck cleaning in Sheffield — and this halfway shot shows exactly the difference a professional clean can make.

Built-up dirt, grime and organic growth can completely change the appearance of external surfaces over time. The right cleaning method doesn't just improve how they look; it helps restore the surface and bring the original finish back through.

Half cleaned. Half untouched. Quite a difference. 👀

🚐 05:30 start. Van loaded. New project ahead.

This morning, our team hit the road bright and early, heading from Sheffield to Newmarket for the start of a three-day programme taking the project from builders clean through to final sparkle.

An early start called for a strategic breakfast stop along the way 🍳 before getting back on the road and heading south.

Over the next three days, the team will work through the different stages of the clean, working towards that all-important final handover standard.

🧱 Bringing brickwork back to its best.

Our team is currently on site in Waverley, Sheffield, carrying out specialist brick cleaning works to prepare the properties for handover.

Using a combination of brick acid treatments and our DOFF cleaning system, we're carefully removing mortar stains, residue and construction marks to restore the natural appearance of the brickwork without compromising the finish.

It's all part of ensuring the development is presented to the highest possible standard before new owners move in.

🚧 Last week, our team was delivering builders cleans just south of home in Coventry.

Whilst our head office is in Sheffield, our teams regularly travel wherever our clients need us. Some weeks we're working further afield, and others we're supporting projects closer to home.

This week sees our teams working predominantly across Sheffield and the surrounding areas, before we're back on the road again next week for more projects across the UK.

From builders cleans and re-cleans to sparkle cleans and final handovers, we support construction projects wherever our clients need us.

We think the split is working out pretty well... 😄

While we're busy tackling builders' dust, handovers and refurbishment projects...

Our sister company, EPIC - Elite Property & Interior Cleaning Limited, is making offices, commercial spaces and properties sparkle.

Turns out, specialising was the right move.

We know...
It sounds bad. 😂

But actually...
We're just making sure each business serves the right clients with the right expertise.

Everybody wins.
