Hi everyone, just a quick update for this week during the warmer weather ☀️

Where possible, please can windows be left open to help keep air flowing and make things a little more comfortable for the team while they’re working.

Due to the heat, the girls will not be wearing full uniform this week so they can stay cooler and work more comfortably. Please be assured that this won’t affect the quality of service — we’ll still be delivering the same high standards and attention to detail as always.

I’m currently in Italy celebrating my 10-year wedding anniversary and will have limited access to emails!

Just a gentle reminder of our slight price increase which comes into place from 1st April.

Our hourly rate for both cleaners including vat is going from £39 to £40.80.

A polite reminder that payments are due on the day of your clean.

We spend a lot of time chasing payments sometimes more then once per week per customer and this creates more work, on top of running a very busy business.

To keep things running smoothly, late payment fees will now be introduced as it states in the T&Cs

If your scheduled clean lands on one of these dates, we will offer you an alternative date as close as possible to your usual day. If you would prefer to skip that week instead, that’s absolutely fine — just let us know.

Please be aware that alternative slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If we don’t receive a prompt reply, the slot offered may be filled.

🎁🎁🎁 We’ve also had many requests for longer appointments or extra cleans over the festive period. We are happy to accommodate these where possible, but please let us know as early as you can.🎁🎁🎁
