Bentley job for a local landlord who needed the full outside tidied up ahead of a property check.
The whole garden had been left to build up over time, front to back through to the side access. Grass and weeds had worked their way into the cracks and holes, soil had built up over the hard surface, and there were rotten floorboards and loose waste that needed taking away. On jobs like this, the awkward part is never the obvious stuff. It is all the fiddly bits that take time.
This was a one man job completed in one visit over 5 hours. Scraped back, wire brushed through the cracks, shovelled out, cleared down and all waste removed. Waste transfer note issued.
The aim was not a deep clean. The aim was to get the full outside looking tidy, under control and ready for the check.
