💙 So, what does EPIC actually do?
The answer is becoming increasingly difficult to fit into one sentence…

One day we're turning around an Airbnb ready for its next guests. The next we're looking after offices, communal areas or commercial premises.

Then a client asks if we can tackle an overgrown exterior, deep clean some upholstery or prepare a space for refurbishment.

And more often than not, our answer is:
We'll make a plan.

Because for us, it's never just about completing a cleaning checklist. It's about understanding the space, what our client needs from it, and delivering the standard they expect.

🧹 Before the transformation comes the preparation.

This classroom is about to get a fresh new look, with painting, touch-ups and new flooring all on the schedule.

But first, it needed EPIC.

Our team has been brought in to carry out a pre-refurb clean, preparing the classroom and giving the trades coming in behind us a clean space to work from.

The finished transformation will belong to the decorators and flooring teams — our job is to make sure they have the right starting point.

Sometimes we're there for the final polish.

Sometimes we're there to get things started.

Either way, it's about making the space ready for what's next.

This could be ideal if you’re looking for regular part-time hours without committing to a full working week.

You’ll be helping with Airbnb changeovers, making sure apartments are clean, fresh, beautifully presented and ready to welcome the next guests.

🌿 Not every job starts inside a building.

This week, one of our regular clients asked us to help restore the outside of their premises—and that's exactly what our team has been doing.

Overgrown hedges have been cut back, planting areas cleared and walkways tidied, with the jet washing now underway to bring the whole area back to life.

At EPIC, we're always happy to roll up our sleeves and help our clients however we can. Sometimes that means cleaning an office, sometimes it's preparing an Airbnb, and sometimes it's improving the very first thing people see when they arrive.

We'll share the finished transformation once everything is complete.

Because first impressions don't start at the front door—they start the moment you pull into the car park.
