📢 A quick note from Fauvel's Mobile Valeting 🚘

I completely understand that things come up unexpectedly sometimes, but I wanted to explain why last‑minute cancellations really do have a big impact:

✅ When you book in, I reserve that slot just for you — turning down other work and planning my whole day around it
❌ It means customers on my waiting list end up waiting longer for appointments
❌ As a small independent business, I only get paid for the work I actually carry out — if a slot cancels last minute, there is simply no way to fill it in time, and I earn nothing for that day

If you do need to rearrange or cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment if at all possible. That gives me enough notice to offer that slot to someone else who has been waiting.

I really appreciate all your support and custom — it means everything to me to keep your cars looking their absolute best. Thank you so much for understanding 🙏
