Tomorrow marks the day I’m officially on maternity leave. Thanks to all my amazing clients for keeping me so busy over the years ❤️ but it’s now time to try and get some well earned rest especially as of next week I’m officially full term so mini ambler could make an appearance very soon. I don’t think many cleaners could keep going for as long as I have so I’m pretty proud of myself, I couldn’t have gone for as long as I have without the help from Shannen and jardine, So thankyou both for working hard by my side over the last few months and helping keep the business moving for me. For now I’ll leave you all in the hands of Shannen and jardine until my return to work. I’ll miss you all Sam & Bump xx

Cleaner job vacancy please share 😊
Start date mid April
Excellent opportunity to become part of a very popular cleaning business.
This is to cover my maternity leave.
You’ll start off working with me then you’ll be working alone.
This will start off as a temporary role for a minimum of 6-12 months with a possibility of it becoming permanent.
Requirements
- Must have a driving licence and vehicle!
- A passion for cleaning/previous cleaning work essential
- Must be registered as self employed or be willing to set up ( this is something I can help with or would suit someone who is already an established cleaner) but must have availability to fit 25 clients in.
- Must have own cleaning insurance (this is something I can help with)
- Must have a valid DBS check (this is something I can help with)
- Must do own your own accounts, I can show you how I do mine ( I have a excellent accountant that will help you if needed)
- Must not be afraid of hard work. Your work ethic and attention to detail needs to match mine.
- A good understanding of COSHH, not essential as full training will be provided but ideally I’d like someone who already is qualified.
- All materials and equipment provided
- Above minimum wage (this will be discussed upon finding the right person)
- Time management and working to meet deadlines is an absolute must
- Stock replenishment and organisation skills
- Daily Washing and drying of Specialist cloth’s at the end of each day
- Job planning and booking in clients
- Uniform provided
- Typical working week is mon - thurs 8am -3pm once a fortnight on a Thursday 4pm finish and one Friday a month 7:30am -1pm (these times could be slightly changed to suit the right person I’m looking for) can work later if you want to take more clients on
- Areas currently covered Grenoside, Hillsborough, wisewood, middlewood, fulwood, stannington, walkley, crookes, Oughtibridge.
- 25 clients in total over a rolling weekly/ fortnightly basis
- No messers I need to you be a hard worker and it be something you stick at!
- Very serious enquiries ONLY I can’t and won’t be messed around!
- Ideally I’d like someone I already know or someone who is highly recommended, I understand this might not be possible but it would be a bonus
- You’ll be getting a fully established clientele base handed to you on a plate all I ask for is for someone who is hard working, trustworthy and loyal

To ensure a smooth process and to protect my business, Ive established the following policy.

Cancellation notice and fees: I require 24 - 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. To ensure fairness, I
will abide by the same cancellation notice, Cancellations made with less than 24 - 48 hour notice will incur a fee of 50% for 48 hours notice or 100% for 24 hours notice.

Emergency situations: If unforeseen emergencies require a cancellation, please contact me, and we’ll work together to find a
solution. Rescheduling or cancellation: To reschedule or cancel, please contact me promptly, and I’ll accommodate your request based on availability.
