Cleaner job vacancy please share 😊
Start date mid April
Excellent opportunity to become part of a very popular cleaning business.
This is to cover my maternity leave.
You’ll start off working with me then you’ll be working alone.
This will start off as a temporary role for a minimum of 6-12 months with a possibility of it becoming permanent.
Requirements
- Must have a driving licence and vehicle!
- A passion for cleaning/previous cleaning work essential
- Must be registered as self employed or be willing to set up ( this is something I can help with or would suit someone who is already an established cleaner) but must have availability to fit 25 clients in.
- Must have own cleaning insurance (this is something I can help with)
- Must have a valid DBS check (this is something I can help with)
- Must do own your own accounts, I can show you how I do mine ( I have a excellent accountant that will help you if needed)
- Must not be afraid of hard work. Your work ethic and attention to detail needs to match mine.
- A good understanding of COSHH, not essential as full training will be provided but ideally I’d like someone who already is qualified.
- All materials and equipment provided
- Above minimum wage (this will be discussed upon finding the right person)
- Time management and working to meet deadlines is an absolute must
- Stock replenishment and organisation skills
- Daily Washing and drying of Specialist cloth’s at the end of each day
- Job planning and booking in clients
- Uniform provided
- Typical working week is mon - thurs 8am -3pm once a fortnight on a Thursday 4pm finish and one Friday a month 7:30am -1pm (these times could be slightly changed to suit the right person I’m looking for) can work later if you want to take more clients on
- Areas currently covered Grenoside, Hillsborough, wisewood, middlewood, fulwood, stannington, walkley, crookes, Oughtibridge.
- 25 clients in total over a rolling weekly/ fortnightly basis
- No messers I need to you be a hard worker and it be something you stick at!
- Very serious enquiries ONLY I can’t and won’t be messed around!
- Ideally I’d like someone I already know or someone who is highly recommended, I understand this might not be possible but it would be a bonus
- You’ll be getting a fully established clientele base handed to you on a plate all I ask for is for someone who is hard working, trustworthy and loyal
