Another gorgeous review that seems to have been swallowed by facebook. Sharing it here so its easier for people to find. I loved working for Barbara and her husband, they are such genuinly lovely people, I miss them too!

"I really wanted to contribute to Charlies page as she’s been a fabulous help to me over a few years. I’m registered Blind and when we first employed Charlie as a cleaner my severely disabled husband was still living at home. His disabilities meant that there a number of “accidents”, which my blindness didn’t mean I was necessarily always aware of. Charlie was always cheerful, always supportive always professional. Her consistent support, her gentle suggestions on what might need doing to keep our home clean, meant I developed an enormous trust and respect for her. She was always willing to alter her plans to fit in round any emergency. As my husband began to hallucinate her patience with him and support of me were invaluable. And that’s without saying much about the cleaning!
She is totally trustworthy. I gave her access to my keys on days we were out at hospital appointments etc. She is always hard working and my home instead of disintegrating into a smelly and dirty environment, was maintained clean, hygienic
and sweet smelling.
My husband is now in a nursing home and Charlie has moved away to Yorkshire. I will remain eternally grateful to her for the hard work she did for me and the moral support she gave me. I warmly recommend her to you as someone who is an excellent cleaner, a lovely human being who is totally trustworthy, honest and kind.
